Rental History Requirements

Positive contractual rental history from third party references for two years required.

Eviction free rental history required.

Credit and Income Requirements

Established credit is required.

Outstanding negative balance, bad debt, or collections being recorded on your credit reports will be grounds for denial.

Monthly income must be at least three (3) times the stated monthly rent.

Employees must provide paystubs for the last three months. Only taxable income accepted.

Business owners must provide most recent tax return and business license.

You must provide original documents. Copies will not be accepted.

Any false statements on application will be grounds for denial.

Holding fee: $200.00, refundable up to 72 business hours. (It will be applied to the security deposit upon approval).
